Shipping policy
At Fleur, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping options, package protection, and delivery policies.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your shipment details.
Shipping Options
Subscription Orders
All active subscription orders receive free standard shipping within the United States.
Our standard shipping method is typically USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases do not qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Expedited Shipping
Customers may choose expedited shipping options at checkout.
Expedited shipping is charged at the carrier's published rate. Fleur does not subsidize expedited shipping by applying the value of free standard shipping toward upgraded delivery methods.
Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Fleur's control.
Package Protection
At checkout, customers may choose to purchase Package Protection.
Package Protection provides coverage for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages damaged during transit
- Approved replacement shipments
- Return shipping labels when required as part of an approved claim
If Package Protection is purchased and a covered shipping issue occurs, please contact team@tryfleur.com for assistance.
Claims may require supporting documentation, including photographs, tracking information, or confirmation from the carrier.
Orders Without Package Protection
Customers who decline Package Protection assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipment has been marked delivered by the carrier.
While Fleur will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for orders that did not include Package Protection.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Fleur is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Fleur is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- Customs processing
- Labor shortages or strikes
- Other circumstances outside of our control
International Orders
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections or other border-related processes that are outside of Fleur's control.
