Fleur subscriptions are designed to provide convenient ongoing product delivery at subscriber pricing. Please review the terms below before enrolling in any subscription plan.
Subscription Terms
All subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Customers may manage, pause, or cancel their subscription through their customer account dashboard.
Subscription Plans
This policy applies to all subscription plans, including our 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month supply options.
Subscription pricing and subscriber-only benefits are offered as part of the subscription program.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect before the next renewal date. If a renewal charge has already been processed, that shipment cannot be canceled.
Once the order arrives, customers may request a return under Fleur's Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription Returns
Most Recent Delivered Order Only
Subscription return eligibility applies only to the most recent subscription order delivered within the past 30 days.
The 30-day return window is measured from the delivery date, not the charge date, order date, or shipment date.
Previous subscription orders delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return, even if the subscription remains active or additional orders have since been placed.
All subscription returns remain subject to Fleur's Return & Refund Policy.
Pause Policy
Pause Your Subscription
Customers may pause their subscription for a minimum of 30 days and up to 60 days before billing resumes.
After the selected pause period ends, the subscription will automatically resume unless it is paused again, modified, or canceled before the next renewal date.
Pausing a subscription does not cancel the subscription. Future orders will resume according to the updated renewal schedule.
Free Gifts & Subscriber Benefits
Certain subscription plans may include complimentary gifts, promotional products, discounts, or subscriber-only benefits.
These benefits are offered only while the subscription remains active.
If a subscription is canceled, future subscriber-only gifts, discounts, and promotional benefits will stop at the time of cancellation.
Multi-Month Subscription Plans
Customers purchasing 3-month or 6-month subscription plans may receive multiple bottles in their initial shipment.
Subscriber-only gifts and promotional benefits may continue to be distributed on a monthly basis even when multiple bottles are shipped upfront.
If a subscription is canceled, future subscriber-only gifts and benefits will stop at the time of cancellation, regardless of how many bottles were previously shipped.

Archived Subscription & Return Policy (Applies to Eligible Prior Orders)
The policy below applies to eligible orders and subscriptions placed while this policy was active, prior to May 24, 2026.
90-Day Results Guarantee
The 90-day money-back guarantee is available exclusively to eligible active subscription customers.
To qualify:
- Customer must maintain an active subscription
- Product must be used daily as directed
- At least two subscription shipments must be fulfilled
- Three bottles are expected to be used over approximately three months
If a customer is unsatisfied after three months of consistent use, they may request a refund review.
Subscription Cancellation Requirement
Subscription orders placed under this policy require a minimum of two fulfilled subscription orders.
If a customer requests cancellation before two subscription orders are fulfilled, Fleur reserves the right to charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full retail price of any products received.
Not Eligible
The guarantee does not apply to:
- One-time purchases
- Promotional orders
- Coupon-discounted orders
- Sale items
- Final sale products
- Retention or loyalty discount offers
Refund Processing
Approved claims require:
- Return shipping paid by the customer
- Products returned in good condition
- Processing within 7–14 business days after approval
